Louise Marsden

Louise Marsden joined the Board in 2021 and also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.

Louise is a partner with Mafic, providing commercial and financial advice to major infrastructure and energy projects in New Zealand. Prior experience has involved financing and delivering infrastructure projects across Europe and Australia.     Other current governance roles include the Wellington Free Ambulance, and the Wellington Community Housing Provider, Te Toi Mahana.  Louise is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director with IOD.

As a proud Wellingtonian Louise is delighted to contribute in a small way to supporting the city’s thriving performing arts, and is constantly amazed by the skill and artistry the Company brings to its audiences.
