Statement on the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

The Board, staff and artists of the Royal New Zealand Ballet are saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We extend our sincere condolences to the Royal Family.
Former artists and crew cherish the memories of performing for Her Majesty during her visits to New Zealand in 1977 and 1981. We are grateful for the support that Her Majesty gave to many arts organisations throughout the Commonwealth, including our own, throughout her long reign.
