The Royal New Zealand Ballet is seeking to appoint an Executive Director. This critical role is responsible for the operational, strategic and commercial infrastructure for the organisation, and partners the Artistic Director to deliver on the creative vision for the Ballet.

We are seeking an exceptional senior level arts administrator with deep experience in the creative arts sector. He or she will have a track record of fostering positive and enduring relationships with artists, programmers and a wide range of stakeholders, along with strong financial, management, marketing and business development experience ideally in the context of a not-for-profit or complex stakeholder organisation. Most importantly this individual with require a passion for seeing the Royal New Zealand Ballet continue its inspiring and innovative work.
