To discuss any specific access requirements at the Bruce Mason Centre, please email: accessibility@aucklandlive.co.nz. Visually impaired patrons can call Ticketmaster on 09 970 9745 any time before 5pm on the day of the show and they will make sure the front of house team is aware of your needs.

Lift with braille signage and audio in English and te reo Māori, to access all levels

Six mobility carpark spaces, undercover and close to the ticketing machine and the BMC entrance, in the Killarney Street carpark.
Download the ParkMate app and you don’t need to use the ticketing machine.

Guide dogs welcome

Hearing loop aid available for all seats.
