Aotea Centre, Auckland

General Information

To discuss any specific access requirements at the Aotea Centre, please email: accessibility@aucklandlive.co.nz. The best mobility access into the Aotea Centre is through level one of the Civic car park or at the northern end of the building, to the right of the front steps. Aotea Centre lifts are located inside the building and go from level 1 (near the car park entrance) up to level 5 (ASB Theatre balcony).

For every show, visually impaired patrons can call Ticketmaster on 
09 970 9745 any time before 5pm on the day of the show and they will make sure the front of house team is aware of your needs.

Lifts to access all levels – Fully accessible for patrons using wheelchairs with lifts and ramps to assist those who have difficulty climbing stairs

Guide dogs welcome

Hearing aid loops available for all shows. Contact Ticketmaster on 
09 970 9700 for advice on the best area to be seated in.
