General Information
To discuss any specific access requirements at the Aotea Centre, please email: accessibility@aucklandlive.co.nz.
The best mobility access into the Aotea Centre is through level one of the Civic car park or at the northern end of the building, to the right of the front steps. Aotea Centre lifts are located inside the building and go from level 1 (near the car park entrance) up to level 5 (ASB Theatre balcony).
For every show, visually impaired patrons can call Ticketmaster on
09 970 9745 any time before 5pm on the day of the show and they will make sure the front of house team is aware of your needs.
