Marketing & Sales Manager

In this exciting role you will be an integral part of driving the subscription and single ticket sales for the RNZB to achieve ambitious targets, build audiences and maximise revenue through strongly-branded, creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns.  You will be consistently positioning the RNZB at the top of the New Zealand arts market and as a player on the international stage.

To excel in this role you will have had at least four years’ experience managing marketing campaigns and associated activities preferably in a high-profile arts or closely related cultural environment.  You will have a proven track record in selling tickets, be experienced in digital marketing, including social media campaigns and in managing and prioritising multiple projects.    In addition to managing direct reports, you will have had experience in managing agency and supplier relationships and have a thorough understanding of print processes and design.  You will have financial management and strong IT skills, including using data analysis and learnings from CRM systems to inform sales strategies.

 Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our close-knit, high performing team.   This role does not tour with the company but ensures the smooth operation of the production team in the creation and delivery of performances.   The position is responsible for the overall scheduling of the production team’s activities from planning through to delivery and drives the team to meet their deliverables. The Production Manager plays a key role in building the team culture with the Production Department and ensuring safety and best-practice are maintained at all times.

Proven strong production management and budgeting skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the company and contribute to a connected, courageous and caring company culture are critical.
