Short Term Contract - Male Dancers

Royal New Zealand Ballet are currently seeking male dancers with professional experience, strong classical technique and partnering skills for short term contracts for our upcoming 2026 The Sleeping Beauty season.  Start date flexible, from Monday 24th August onwards, with performances commencing Thursday 29th October in Wellington and a nationwide tour running until 21st December.

Your application must include:

  • Your current resume
  • Headshot
  • 2-3 dance photos (.jpg format)
  • A link to video footage of a known classical variation, a contemporary work, and partnering/pas de deux work.

Video footage links should be YouTube or Vimeo links, not Dropbox or Google Drive.
