Ballet in a Box events

Ever wondered what a day in the life of a dancer of the Royal New Zealand Ballet is like? These free events are your chance to find out!

Students in four regional centres are invited to get up close to the RNZB. Jump at the chance to observe the dancers’ demonstrations and watch them perform brief works, costumes and all. This interactive experience will conclude with a Q&A session with the students – always popular!

These performances, tailor-made for children and school students from years 1 to 13, are 70 minutes long performances and free of charge.
